　去年の秋ごろからプレイリストに入れたままです。とってもキャッチーで取っつきやすい上に、なぜか飽きません。以下、歌詞の一部を紹介します。

　I've kept this song in my playlist since sometime around last fall. That's because it's so catchy and accessible, plus I cannot get enough of it somehow. The following is the first part of the lyrics and my translation.

　大阪出身、四人組のガールズバンド、ヤユヨの楽曲です。歌詞から失恋を歌ったものであることがわかりますが、勢いのある曲調になぜか元気をもらいます。たたみかけるような歯切れのいいボーカルが痛快です。

　This is a song by an all-female band from Osaka called yayuyo. I can tell from the lyrics that this is a song about a girl suffering heartbreak, but somehow its lilting melodies give me a lift. The vocalist’s showering, crisp tone is exhilarating.

　去年の３月にリリースされたフルアルバム「日々爛漫」に、この曲は収録されています。ヤユヨの音は、今風というよりは、むしろ懐かしさを感じさせます。世代を選ばない楽曲ばかりと言っていいでしょう。

　まだ聴かれていない方はぜひ。

　This song is from their full album released in last March called ‘Hibi Ranman (In Full Bloom Every Day)’. I have a feeling that their sound is rather nostalgic than trendy. I can say every track is timeless.

　I highly recommend this band if you haven’t listened to their songs yet.
