昔からなぜか、ショートカットの女性に惹かれます。
エビ中のファンになって一年半、ずっと箱推しを通していました。「エビ中が好きさね」と誰かに話すときも、「楽曲がよかけん」、とあわてて付け加えていました。いい年をしたおじさんのくせに、推しメンがいると言うのが恥ずかしかったのです。実は、一目で心惹かれたメンバーがいます。安本彩花さんです。
I somehow tend to be fascinated by a woman with short hair from long ago.
It’s been one and a half years since I became a fan of Ebichu, and I’ve always said that there’s no member I particularly like. When I talk to someone I say, “I like Ebichu as an idol band”, then hurriedly add, “That’s because their songs are so good”. It is embarrassing to say at my age that I like a young idol. However, there is a member I was attracted at first sight. Her name is Yasumoto Ayaka.
今回、安本彩花さんが休養される理由を知って、涙が出ました。芸能人についてのニュースで泣いたのは初めてでした。彼女のブログには次のように綴られています。
Tears rolled down my cheeks when I knew the reason why she took time off. It was the first time for me to cry hearing news about celebrities. The following is what she wrote in her blog.
「…とにかく私は、明るい未来の為に前向きに病気と闘います！！！
へこたれたって何度も立ち上がってきた私だから大丈夫です。
もし、エビ中に帰る日まで見守ってくださるファンの方がいてくれたら
応援してもらえたらやっぱり嬉しいかな…」

応援し続けるに決まっています。ファンができることなんてちっぽけだけど、あなたが帰ってくる場所であるエビ中をとにかく守り続けます。
Of course, We will do. There are little things that I can do for you, but I will do everything I can to support Ebichu, the place you will come back to.

あなたがエビ中に帰る日まで続けます。こんな片田舎のおじさんでも、できることをしようと応援しています。あなたのことを思って、何かしようと心に決めているエビ中ファミリーは、どんなにたくさんいることでしょう。
I will continue to do that until when you will come back to Ebichu. Even such a middle-aged guy like me living in the country is trying to support you as much as possible. I can’t imagine how many Ebichu family members have already decided to do anything they can.
自分にとって、エビ中初登校は昨年の秋ツアーでした。今年の春ツアーのチケットは、コロナ禍で無駄になりました。まだ、安本彩花さんをライブで観たことがありません。その日が来るのを本当に楽しみにしています。
It was their autumn concert tour that I went to their concert for the first time. The covid 19 pandemic made the ticket for their spring concert useless. I haven’t seen Yasumoto Ayaka singing live yet. I’m really looking forward to the day coming.
これからは堂々と言います。「エビ中が好きさね。推しメンは安本彩花さんばい。日本一ステキなアイドルばい」。
I’ll never hesitate to say, “I like Ebichu so much. And my favorite member is Yasumoto Ayaka. She is the best idol in Japan”.
