ライブで一番聴きたかった曲は、「Family Complex」でした。この曲が始まったときにはめちゃくちゃワクワクしました。そして、今回、自分にとって驚きの発見がありました。歌詞の中にメンバーの名前が織り込んであることに、今まで気づかずにいたのです。
The song that I wanted to listen to in this concert was “Family Complex”. I was exhilarated when they started to sing this song. There was a surprising finding that I didn’t know about this song. I hadn’t noticed that the names of the members were hidden in the lyrics of this song.

名前の部分では、みんなが声を出しているのでそれとわかりました。自分の無知を猛省しつつ、アイドルのコンサートの楽しさを味わいました。
The reason I could find it was because the audience shouted their names at the parts. I was ashamed of my ignorance and realized how enjoyable an Idol’s concert was.
「曇天」が歌い出されたときには大喜びしました。エビ中を好きになったきっかけの曲です。もともと吉澤嘉代子さんが大好きな自分は、彼女が提供したこの曲でエビ中の魅力を知りました。コンサートで歌うとは予想していなかっただけに、喜びもひとしおでした。
I was filled with joy when they started to sing the song called “Donten”. This is the very song that made me interested in Ebichu. This song was offered by Kayoko Yoshizawa, who is one of my favorite singers, and I knew the attractiveness of Ebichu through this song. I didn’t expect that they would sing this song in the concert, so I was delighted all the more when I heard them sing this song.

ツイッターを通じて思っていたことですが、エビ中のファンの皆さんには、温かみを感じます。隣の席の、自分と同じ長崎から来られたという方は、ペンライトを貸してくださいました。感謝しながら、アイドルのコンサートに、それすら持参していなかった自分の無作法を恥じました。メンバーカラーを確認しつつ、時々スイッチでライトの色を変え、夢中で振り回しました。
It is something I’ve felt through Twitter that Ebichu’s fans are so kind. A guy, who sat next to me, came from Nagasaki, too, and he let me borrow his penlight. Appreciating it, I I was ashamed of my thoughtlessness that I didn’t prepare such a thing. I enthusiastically swung around the penlight, switching the colors of light occasionally according to the member colors.
3年ぶりにエビ中のコンサートを観たという方と少しお話をしました。「エビ中は変わった」とおっしゃられていました。歌もダンスも上手くなっている上に、楽曲も以前はコミカルなものが主体だったのが、聴かせるものになっていて驚いたということでした。
I had a chance to talk to a guy who came to Ebichu’s concert after three years. He said “Ebichu has somehow changed”. He was surprised because they got better in both singing and dancing, plus their songs are now something worth listening to, even though many of their songs used to be a kind of comical songs.
個人的に、残念なことが2つだけあります。一つは、一番好きな曲、「紅の詩」が聴けなかったこと。そしてもう一つは、安本彩花さんが休養中で、不在だったことです。しかし、5人でのパフォーマンスは、それを言い訳にしない、素晴らしいものでした。ますますエビ中のファンになりました。次は、6人の姿を楽しみにしています。
There are two things that I feel sorry about. First, “Kurenai no Uta”, my favorite song, wasn’t in the program this time. Second, Ayaka Yasumoto was not there because she stopped her activities for the time being. However, they performed so well that I almost forgot that she was not there. I like them all the more now. I’m really looking forward to seeing them with all members of the group.
