なんでしょう、このインパクトの強さは。しかもめちゃくちゃキャッチーです。4年前の曲ですが、最近知ってハマっています。
I’m impressed by the impact this song has. Plus it’s so catchy. Although it was released four years ago, I didn’t know this song until quite recently and now into it very much.

韻を踏みながら畳みかけてくる歌詞の勢いに圧倒されます。ゴージャス感のあるアレンジが椎名林檎さんを思い起こさせます。クールなフレーズはGLIM SPANKYのもののようです。とにかく自分の好きな要素がてんこ盛りです。タイトルの語感に「うっせえわ」を連想しましたが全然違いました。
The lyrics which rhymes well is so good. The sounds gorgeously arranged remind me of that of Sheena Ringo somehow. The phrases sound cool are somewhat similar to that of GLIM SPANKY. Anyway this song is my favorite in every way. Before, to be honest, I associated the title ‘Achii-wa’with a song called ‘Usse-wa’ before I listened to it, but I was perfectly wrong.
Candy Makes (you) Strongについてネットで調べてみると、インタビュー記事がありました。6人編成のこのグループは、R＆Bとポップロックが融合したバンドサウンドが特徴のようです。もともとR&Bを聴いて育ったヴォーカルのLacoさんは、高校時代に椎名林檎さんの楽曲に影響を受けたとのこと。他のメンバーもやはりR&Bやファンク好きのようです。実力を感じさせる素晴らしいバンドですが、2018年以降はシングルを出していない模様。もっと活躍してほしいバンドです。
I checked out the band called Candy Makes (you) Strong on the Internet and found an article about an interview with them. According to it, they are a band with six members, and they mainly play R&B and pop rock music. Laco, the vocalist, originally used to listen to R&B in her childhood and then was influenced by Sheena Ringo’s music when she was in high school. The other members are also affected by R&B or Funk music. I feel they are really good but they haven’t released any singles since they last did in 2018. I want them to be more active.
