今年も素敵な曲がいっぱいありました。中には、長い間プレイリストに入れたまま聴き続けた曲もいくつかあります。その一つがこの曲「Apple Pie」です。
There were as many good songs as ever this year. Some of them remained in my playlist for a long while, and this song called ‘Apple Pie’ is definitely one of them.

歌詞にあふれるこの多幸感はどうでしょう。随所にみられる言葉遊びも洒脱で気が利いています。こんな曲で目覚めたら幸せです。アコースティックギターの穏やかな調べ。その上に乗っかるデュエットが奏でるすてきなハーモニー。心地よくて、思わず体が揺れてしまいます。今年の4月にリリースされたこの曲は、5月の初めにはSpotifyのバイラルチャートで1位を獲得しています。
The lyrics are filled with euphoria. They are sophisticated in a way and full of witty remarks. Woken up by this song, you may be happy. The acoustic guitar strummed softly. On which you can hear the nice harmony sung in a duet. It’s so good and you’ll end up moving yourself to it. This song was released in April and then it topped the Spotify’s viral chart at the beginning of May.
ハロプロに在籍されていた鈴木愛理さんは、当時から抜群の歌唱力で注目されていたそうです。コラボされているBlue Vintageのお二人ですが、彼らが奏でる心地よい音は、サーフ・ポップスと呼ばれている模様。いくつか聴いてみましたが、スローなバラードからアップビートなヒップホップまで、様々なスタイルの良曲ばかりです。
Airi Suzuki was one of the idols in a music project called Hello! Project and she was recognized as a
singer with an outstanding singing ability. The collaborator is a duo called Blue Vintage and their style is called surf pops. I listened to some of their songs and I found them quite good with a wide range, from slow ballad to upbeat hip hop.
