昨年末にハマったTVアニメ「呪術廻戦」、ますます面白い展開になっています。ストーリーも興味深いのですが、登場人物が実に魅力的です。今、特に惹かれているのが東堂葵、名前は女の子っぽいですが、めちゃくちゃ強面の男子高校生です。途方もなく可笑しいです。もう見ただけで笑顔になります。

The TV animation called ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’, which I got into it at the end of last year becomes more and more interesting. The story is good, of course, and the characters are really appealing. 主人公の虎杖悠仁と同様、ずば抜けた身体能力を持ち、体格では、はるかに彼を上回っています。紹介文にあるように、この人物の面白さはそのこだわりです。相手の女性の好みによって、軽侮するか、ひとかどの人物として認めるか、厳然と判断を下します。東堂の「どんな女がタイプだ」という問いに対する、虎杖の答えは「ケツとたっぱ（身長）のデカい女の子かな。ジェニファー・ローレンスみたいな」というものでした。これを聞いた東堂は感動を抑えきれません。それは彼が、初めて親友と認められる漢に出会った瞬間なのでした。彼の感極まった様子が可笑しくて、クスクス笑いました。戦いの最中にもかかわらず、藤堂は親友虎杖と過ごす、青春真っただ中な高校生活を、長尺で妄想します。その思い込みの強さがめちゃくちゃ可笑しくて、こらえきれずに声を出して笑いました。アニメで笑ったのは、人生で初めてでした。
Todo is as extremely athletic as Itadori and even has far sturdier physique than him. As in explanation, his interesting character is based on his habit. He mercilessly decides whether the opponent is contemptible or respectable depending on the answer to his question about the type of girl. Itadori’s answer to his question was, “well…the kind of girl with a big butt and tall for a girl, like Jennifer Lawrence”. Once Todo heard it, he was deeply impressed. It was the first time he realized that he met a guy who deserves to be called his best friend. I couldn’t help giggling when I saw him exaggeratedly moved. He was even lost in wild fancies that he spent the high school life happily with Itadori for quite a while even though they were in their fight. His preconceived assumption was so hilarious that I couldn’t help but burst into laughter. It was the first time I laughed heartily by watching a TV animation.
子どもの頃は、TVアニメが大好きでした。ゲッターロボや、マジンガーZなど、夢中で観ていました。でも、中学生以降でハマったTVアニメといえば、機動戦士ガンダム、あとは、強いて言えばですが、子どもが小さい時に一緒に見ていたセーラームーンくらいしか思い浮かびません。この年になってハマれるTVアニメに出会えて大喜びしています。
I loved TV animations in my childhood. I was enthralled by some animations such as Getter Robo, Mazinger Z and so on. However, after I entered junio high, I can come up with only a few TV animations that I was into it, for example, Mobile Suit Gundam, and if I had to say, Sailor Moon which I saw with my daughter when she was little girl. I’m exhalated to find a favorite TV animation at my age.
