こちらも海の眺望を楽しめる温泉です。ただし、今回は大村湾ではありません。この伊王島アークランドスパが面しているのは、東シナ海へとつながる五島灘です。
This is another hot spring where you can enjoy ocean views. However, it is not on the shore of Omura bay. The ocean that you look over from Iojima Ark Land Spa is the Sea of Goto which is connected to the East China Sea.
以前、島風の湯として営業されていたこの施設は、３年前にリニューアルされました。貸切り風呂、子供が遊べるプール、広々とした休憩室、漫画が持ち込める岩盤浴、そして食事処など様々な工夫が凝らされています。しかし、特筆すべきはやはり、屋上露天風呂です。
This facility, which used to be called Shimakaze no Yu, was renovated three years ago. There are lots of services such as private hot springs, some pools for kids, a spacious chill-out lounge, a bedrock bath room where you can bring in comics, and a restaurant. Aside from those services, the observation open-air hot spring is something special.
この解放感はどうでしょう。眼前に広がる五島灘の青さに息を呑みます。自分が行ったのは昼間でしたが、夕方の眺望も見てみたいと思いました。
What a sense of release! The blue of the Sea of Goto in front of you is breathtaking. I went there in the afternoon this time, but I want to visit there in the evening to see the sunset glow next time.

野母崎半島の西側に位置する伊王島は、現在は橋で本土と繋がっています。島そのものがリゾート化しており、多くの観光客が訪れています。アークランドスパは、日帰りの利用では800円ですが、宿泊施設利用者は無料です。
The island called Iojima is located in the west side of Nomozaki Peninsula, and is connected to the main land with a bridge. The whole island is becoming a tourist spot so many people are coming there lately. Ark Land Spa is available for 800 yen, but if you stay at the accommodation facility, you can use it for free.
