正直、番組名だけで面白くないと決めつけていました。後悔しかありません。お勧めされて、第4話からしか録画してなくて、これまで観ないままでいたのが悔しいです。しかし、良いドラマというものは途中から観てもすぐにノレるものです。NHKで火曜日夜十時放送の「正直不動産」、めちゃくちゃ面白いです。
To be honest, I assumed it must not be amusing just by the title of the drama. I regret it. I was recommended to watch it so I recorded the episodes starting from episode 4, but I hadn’t watched them until yesterday. However, good dramas exhilarate you even if you miss the first few episodes. The drama called ‘Shojiki Fudosan’, broadcast by NHK at ten o’clock on Tuesday night, is so hilarious.

”Saichi Nagase (played by Tomohisa Yamashita) is a salesman working for a company called Tosaka Real Estate Agency. He is not only a smooth talker but also a good worker, so he is always the top salesperson at his workplace. However, he is cursed and becomes not able to tell a lie somehow. He is so frank that he easily makes customers angry and ends up spoiling business negotiations that are almost brought to a close. On the other hand, Sakura Tsukishita, a new employee at Nagase’s workplace, was assigned to get a contract for a rental property for the first time. Among shrewd real-estate agents, Nagase and Tsukishita try to produce good results by outwitting their rivals with only honesty.”
面白いドラマである証拠に、思い切り笑って、そして泣けます。視聴者の想像を上回る展開と、こうあってほしいという気持ちに応えるベタな展開とが、絶妙に絡み合っていて目が離せません。登場人物へ感情移入できるだけのキャラづくりにも成功しています。正直いうと、これまで山下智久さんの魅力は顔だけだと思っていました。そんな自分を恥じてしまう程、今回の山下さん演じる永瀬は魅力的です。そして、福原遥さん、草刈正雄さんといった共演者一人一人が愛おしく思えます。
I’m sure this is an amusing drama because I laugh a lot but also cry while watching it. The story consists of plots, some of them are beyond our expectation and others are favorably predictable, and they are so skillfully woven. The characters are successfully characterized, and you may empathize with them. To be honest, I thought Yamashita was just a good-looking guy before watching this drama. I’m now ashamed of my ignorance because he plays Nagase so convincingly. And all of the co-stars like Haruka Fukuhara, Masao Kusakari, and so on are also fascinating.
ドラマというものが人間模様を描くものである限り、それをどれだけ共感できる形で掘り下げるかが、そのドラマの良しあしを決めると思います。昨今のドラマでは、常識から離れた設定や、意外というより突飛な展開で視聴者が置いてけぼりにされていることが多いと感じるのは自分だけでしょうか。このドラマでは、登場人物の会話に、その表情にいちいち共感できます。それにしても今どき、正直さという価値観は、子ども向けの道徳番組でも取り上げにくいほどに陳腐なものだというイメージがあります。それをこの番組はうまく軸に据え、視聴者が何かしら郷愁を感じるように、正直であることのよさを思い起こさせてくれるのです。NHKのサイトでは現在、第3話から第7話までが動画で見られるようになっています。自分はNHKオンデマンドで第１話から観るつもりです。お金を出してもみたいと思えるドラマに出会えて大喜びしています。
As long as dramas depict human relations, in my opinion, it is crucial that they do it convincingly. I have a feeling that recent dramas tend to have absurd settings and weird, rather than unexpected, plots. I found the conversations and the expressions of characters in this drama are natural and convincing. By the way, honesty is an overused sense of value to be a subject even in a children’s program. Even so, this drama features it successfully and makes us feel nostalgia for it so that we realize how good it is to be honest. You can watch its episodes from 3 through 7 for free on NHK’s website. I’m going to watch the first three episodes on NHK on Demand. I’m so glad because I found a favorite drama that I will willingly pay for it.
