テレビが大好きな自分ですが、最近はTVerばかり利用しています。BSを設置していない自分にとって、BS番組が見られるのはとてもありがたいです。中でも今一番楽しみにしているのが、「おぎやはぎの愛車遍歴」です。
Although I love watching TV programs, I’ve recently watched some of them on an online channel called TVer. I don’t have BS so it’s good for me to be able to watch BS programs on it. There is a program I’m now really looking forward to watching among them and it is ‘OgiYahagi no Aisha Henreki’.

2011年放送開始のこの番組は、ゲストがかつて所有していた愛車と同じものを準備し、試乗しながら、トークを行うという内容です。公式サイトの紹介文は次のようになっています。
「車大好き！おぎやはぎと、自動車評論家・竹岡圭がゲストを迎え、ゲストの『愛車遍歴』を徹底紹介。『愛車遍歴を辿れば、その人の人生が見えてくる！』をキーワードに繰り広げるカートークバラエティです。」
In this program, which started in 2011, they bring a car the same one as the guest once owned and let him or her ride it and then have an interview about it. The following is a brief introduction cited from the official website.
“We love cars! OgiYahagi and Kei Takeoka, a car reviewer, have a guest in every episode, and talk about his or her car life thoroughly. It’s a kind of a talk variety show about cars under the theme, ‘talking about one’s car life is talking about one’s own life!’”
人の人生に触れるのは本当に楽しいものです。先日は田中律子さんの回がありましたが、昔好きだった女優さんの意外な愛車遍歴に興味津々で観ていました。田中律子さんといえば、ドラマ「味いちもんめ」で中居正広さん演じる主人公の彼女を演じていたのが印象に残っています。
It’s a lot of fun to take a look at someone’s life and history. The other day, the guest was Ritsuko Tanaka, an actress I used to be a big fan of, so I was really interested in her amazing car life. She reminds me of one of my favorite dramas called ‘Aji Ichimonme’, the main actor was Masahiro Nakai, and she played the girlfriend of the main character impressively.

この番組では、毎年独自のカーオブザイヤーを決めているようです。自分がまだ観ていなかったときのことですが、2019年のカーオブザイヤーには、スズキのスイフトスポーツが選ばれています。その先代のzc32ですが、同じスイスポ乗りである自分にとってはとても嬉しいことです。公式サイトでは、過去の放送回のゲストの愛車遍歴が確かめられるようになっています。興味のある方はぜひ。
In this program they seem to decide the car of the year by their own every year. In 2019, I didn’t watch it then though, they chose Swift Sport by Suzuki as the car of the year. I was really glad to know that because my car is a Swift Sport, which is the previous model called zc32 though. You can check the cars and the guests taken up so far on the official website.
