加藤さんと新しい地図の３人、お互いの関わりを語る中でいろいろなエピソードが聞けました。まず、興味深かったのは、めちゃイケについての話題でした。中居くんの日本一周の話が出たときは本当にワクワクしました。そして、岡村さんがSMAPのライブに飛び入り参加したことについて慎吾さんが言った、「吾郎ちゃんは、ちょっといやだった」というのが笑えました。吾郎さん自身は、「夢がMORI MORI」の時点で、岡村さんのダンスの上手さに驚いたエピソードを語っていました。
Kato and the three members of Atarashii Chizu talked about their relationships and mentioned lots of episodes. The topic I was intrigued by first was about Mecha-Ike, a TV program broadcast before, I was exhilarated when they mentioned the project in which Nakai, who was the leader of SMAP, travelled around Japan. Then they talked about Okamura’s joining in their concert, and I laughed when I heard Shingo say, “Goro was actually reluctant to accept it”. Goro talked about the episode when he was surprised to learn that Okamura quite good at dancing when they joined in a TV program called “Yume ga Mori Mori”.
話は、中居さんの記者会見にまで及びました。中居さんから事務所を退所する旨のメールを受けたときの状況について、草彅さんが、そっけない一行メールを返信したいきさつを説明しました。プライベートで人と会っていた時だったそうです。中居さんが会見で行った、東山さんのモノマネについて、「相当準備してのもの」で「中居くんの準備は凄い、半端ない」と繰り返す慎吾さんが印象的でした。慎吾さんは、続けて、「１％から９９％を2回言ったのは間違いかも」「2回目の方が準備してたこと」といった推測を述べられました。だとすれば、スマップの再結成の方になるのでは、と勝手に喜びました。
The talk turned to Nakai’s press conference. Kusanagi explained the reason why he texted back such a curt one-sentence message as a reply to Nakai’s resignation e-mail. Kusanagi met somebody privately when he got Nakai’s e-mail. Shingo commented on Nakai’s impersonation of Higashiyama at the press conference and it was somehow impressive for me that Shingo said repeatedly comments like, “He must have prepared a lot”, “Nakai always prepares so well, more than enough”. Shingo continued, “Maybe it was just a mistake that he said‘the probability is between 1% to 99%’”, then “The second one was what Nakai meant originally”. If so, it was about the reunion of SMAP, I gladly guessed.
関係ないですが、中居さんが昔、草彅さんに言ったという、「オレは表音痴で、剛はかくれ音痴」という発言に笑顔になりました。
I merely mention this in passing, I smiled when I learned what Nakai said to Kusanagi before, “I’m explicitly and Tsuyoshi is inconspicuously tone deaf”
加藤さんは、「今、中居くんと会ったらどんな感じになる？」という突っ込んだ質問をされました。それに対するそれぞれの答えは次のようなものでした。
Kato asked a good question like, “What would you do if you met Nakai now”. And the replies they made are as follows.
草彅：「なんで会見で俺のだけ言うんだよ」
Kusanagi: 'Why did you mention only my text messages?'
稲垣：「中居くんの方が逃げるかも。」
Inagaki: 'Maybe Nakai will leave soon'
香取：「僕は無言でいれる。中居くんは「最悪だって」逃げる」
Katori: 'I can keep silent, but Nakai will leave saying “It’s awful”'
ななにーという番組のよさが、今更ながら沁みてきています。特に感じるのは、台本や時間にしばられない構成が、他の番組では絶対に見られないような、出演者の本音や素顔を引き出しているということです。また、3人について、いつも好ましく思うのは、ゲストに対するリスペクトを感じるところです。今回の加藤さんもそうだし、前回のローラさんに対してもそうでした。
I’ve gradually come to understand how interesting Na-na-ni, the internet TV show, is after all this time. I’m impressed particularly by the fact that this program is loosely organized or scheduled and that’s why the regulars and the guests sometimes, unlike in other programs. talk heart-to-heart with each other. I have a good feeling toward those three because they are always respectful to guests. They were so this time to Kato, and also last time to Rola.
