美味しいちゃんぽんかどうか判断するのに、チェーン店リンガーハットはいい基準になります。リンガーハットのちゃんぽんも大好きで、実際よく行きます。でも、このブログで紹介するちゃんぽんは、自分にとってそれ以上に美味しいと感じるものです。
The Champon by Ringer Hut, franchised restaurants, could be a certain criteria to judge a champon to be good or not. I like Ringer Hut’s champon very much and actually I go there quite often. However, the champons I mention here in this blog is something better than that.
満福のちゃんぽんは、間違いなく美味いです。具材がたっぷりで、塩味がほどよく効いていて、あっさりした味わいです。脂っこくないため、するすると入っていきます。このちゃんぽんは、お酒の締めにぴったりです。
Manpuku’s champon is definitely delicious. With plenty of ingredients, it’s salted just right and seasoned lightly. It’s not greasy at all so you can easily eat it up. Their champon is suitable to have after drinking.
満福は、以前紹介した思案橋横丁の「康楽（かんろ）」のちょうど向かい側にあるお店です。康楽は、営業時間が夕方6時～８時と非常に短く、お酒の締めにはなりません。しかし満福は、営業時間が夕方６時半～午前２時と深夜まで開いているため、安心して深酒できます。
Manpuku is located just across the street from Kanro, the Chinese restaurant on Shianbashi Yokocho I mentioned before. Kanro is open from 6:00 p.m. to 8 p.m., so it’s impossible to have their champon after drinking. On the other hand, Manpuku is open from 6:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. so you can drink late without anxiety.
この満福でもう一つお勧めなのが、カレーちゃんぽんです。ちゃんぽんの風味を損なうことなく、カレーの良さがでています。カレー皿うどんも人気です。
長崎に来られたら、ぜひ試してほしいです。
There’s one more thing I’d like to recommend you to have and that is curry champon. The curry flavor doesn’t spoil the champon’s original flavor. Their curry saraudon is also popular.
