「キックアス」という映画をビデオで観ました。 タイトルからわかるとおり，とてもクレージーで不適切な言葉だらけの，いかにも物議を醸しそうな映画でしたが，かなり面白くて気に入りました。主人公は地味なコミック好きの高校生で，コスチュームに身を包んだヒーローにあこがれるあまり，ついにはネットでヒーロー的なコスチュームを手に入れ，悪と戦い始めます。でも，彼は弱すぎでした。ある日，彼は悪漢たちにやられそうになったところをヒーローコスチュームに身を包んだ父娘に助けられます。この映画の最も良いところはこの女の子だと自分は思っていて，かわいらしいのはもちろん，信じられないほどアクションが得意でした。クロエ・グレース・モレッツという女優さんで，2010年に制作されたこの映画の時はほんの11歳くらいだったようです。
I saw a movie on video titled "Kick ass" . As the title shows, it was crazy and full of four letters, so maybe very controversial, but pretty funny so I liked it. The main character is a inconspicuous high school student who loves comic books and longs to be a hero in a costume so much that he finally gets a kind of hero costume online to fight against evils. Unfortunately, he is too weak to do that. One day he is in a trouble with some villains, when a girl and her dad in their hero costumes come to save him. I believe that the best part of this movie was featuring this girl because she is not only so cute but also very good at action, incredibly. This actress's name is Chloë Grace Moretz, she seemed only about eleven years old or so in this movie which was produced in 2010.
この映画で心に残ったフレーズは"stay away"でした。実は，前回話題にした本「ダイヤモンドは永遠に」の中でこの表現に偶然出会ったばかりでした，印象に残ったのはそのためでした。この映画では"Stay away from her", 日本語で 「彼女から手を引け」，というふうに使われていて，本の中では，ジェームズ・ボンドがルーレットで1回賭けずに見送るときに"I'll stay away"というように使われており,日本語では この場合， 「（今回は）手を引く」 or 「（今回は）見送る」という意味になります。手元の辞書によると，"I stayed away from school today"という使い方ができるようですが，この場合，ずる休みをしたように聞こえるとも書いてありました。使うときには気を付けなければなりませんね。
The phrase that stayed with me in the movie was "stay away". Actually, I just met this expression coincidentally in the book "Diamonds are forever", the one I mentioned last time, so I felt this phrase impressive. That was used in this movie as in "Stay away from her", in Japanese 「彼女から手を引け」， and in the book that was used as in "I'll stay away" when James Bond let a game go by at the scene he played roulette, in this case it maybe goes in Japanese like 「（今回は）手を引く」 or 「（今回は）見送る」. According to my dictionary, you can use this phrase as in "I stayed away from school today", but it also says that sounds like you did it intentionally, so maybe you need to be careful when you use this phrase.
